Information for Mushers
Organising Officials reserve the right to adjust the race schedule times and start intervals based on entries. Entrants will leave based on 1 minute or 30 second start intervals. Teams must complete both Saturday and Sunday for a combined qualifying total time. In lieu of a 6 Dog class, we will open up a second heat for the 4 Dog Rig for participants who wish to run 2 teams.

NOTE: This is a tentative schedule and will be adjusted based on entries. Rookie races will directly follow the regular class (ie 1 Dog bike & Canicross)

Times will adjusted based on entries. (9th November sunrise is 7.13 am and sunset is 5.04 pm)

The Queens will be our host for ‘Dinner & Awards’ on Sunday at the conclusion of the races. Dinner tickets can be purchased for $20 each on race entry forms prior to the race or at final (in-person) registration at the desk on Friday night or Saturday morning. No tickets can be purchased after final registration is closed as dinner numbers need to be sent through to the hotel for catering on Saturday morning.
Soup, roast chicken, rice pilaf & seasonal vegetables with apple crisp. Vegetarian option available.
There is a municipal parking lot behind the Queens for larger trailers and vehicles.
